Our Owner & Broker Frank J. Hill
I commenced my career in real estate with Tarbell Realtors in July 1976, selling and listing properties in Irvine. In 1987, I was hired as the Sales Manager for Grubb and Ellis Residential Real Estate, which started my career in managing. I remained with Grubb and Ellis until July 1993, when I acquired Rainbow Realty in Laguna Hills. In 1996 we affiliated with Century 21 Real Estate and in 2008 we relocated the office to Laguna Woods to better serve our primary market of Laguna Woods Village (formerly called Leisure World).
Our Broker Amy Lao
Amy Lao began her real estate career in 1999 with Century 21 Rainbow Realty. As a Broker she advises the Sales Associates on all aspects of the real estate transaction. Her goals include being apprised of the current market conditions, providing education to the Sales associates and being knowledgeable of technological advances to ensure C21 Rainbow Realty adheres to highest standards of their clients.
