The Senior (one resident must be at least 55) gate guarded community of Palmia is located in the City of Mission Viejo in South Orange County, California. The complex built in the early 1990´s consists of around 900 homes located on 211 acres of former Rancho Mission Viejo land. Homes consist of both attached and detached one and two story residences from 2 bedrooms (approximately 960 sq. ft) with 2 baths to larger homes of 4 bedrooms (approximately 2,470 sq. ft.) with 2.5 baths.
